Acceptable-use policy

Effective October 30, 2026. Process only content you own or have permission to capture, upload and publish. Remove private account and confidential customer data unless properly authorized.

Prohibited content. Do not submit unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware or content used for fraud, impersonation or harassment.

System access. Capture only permitted public HTTP or HTTPS pages. Do not target loopback, private networks, cloud metadata, authenticated pages or other users’ objects. Do not supply credentials in capture URLs, bypass access controls, exploit redirects or evade DNS and network isolation.

Fair operation. Do not spam capture or render requests, evade rate limits, bypass Pro gates or disrupt availability. Pro has no monthly export cap for now; per-job bounds and concurrency safeguards protect the shared service.

Reports. Use Contact to report abuse with a relevant public URL or job identifier, without secrets or dangerous attachments. We may investigate, remove stored content or restrict access as reasonably needed for security, compliance and enforcement. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
